Mike Schwab is a state certified residential contractor who moved from Orlando to Brevard County in 1995. As owner of Schwab Custom Homes, Mike completed over 200 custom homes throughout Brevard County and built a reputation based on pride, quality, and service.

In 2007, he sold the home building business and started Pressure Washing by Mike Schwab. Taking the same qualities and standards form the home building business into pressure washing business, Mike quickly became Brevard County's leading source for non-pressure roof cleaning and full service residential and commercial pressure washing. With an 18 foot rig featuring all state-of-the-art equipment and a self contained 525 gallon water tank, Pressure Washing by Mike Schwab can handle any job big or small.
